Interview with Interview(part2)

In first post so many persons have doubt which company it was visiting on 18th july 2008.Let me tell u It was Capgemini.Now its ok everybody!....

Before that day whenever khalbali people were going inside T n p for interview and we were outside, watching them going into TnP ,then always a question coming in mind where they would b going ...whether they are turning to left or right or going straight ....but while going for GD someone directed we newcomers go straight and then turn to left .Then i came to know "oh!way of success is in left of us."

Now it was 1 o'clock of noon,and interview was started.Still myself and Salam were not having lunch as we had decided to have lunch after interview itself.Though we were hiding this fact with some persons who asked us about it.Meanwhile they displayed another list of 22 condidates whom they called for another two Group Discussions.Unfortunately no one from MCAs were there ,perhaps that day no one was luckier than we three.While waiting for interview we got a chance to have a sight on notes prepared by Santosh in PPT(unfortunately santosh didn't get through).There i came to know that Capgemini is a french company ,three centers in India Pune,Bangalore and Hyderabad,Baru S. Rao is chief of Capgemini India,who is CEO of Capgemini?? ....shit! i m missing his name right now whom i by-hearted before going into interview room....and many other informations like mission ,vision etc etc.....At the same time someone gave information "subjuniors aa gaye hain.....aa gaye hain ???dekhne mein kaise hain ,kahan ke hain,aur kuchh poochha unse...... how many girls are there in new batch..and so many question."Saying honestly for a while interview was even miles away from mind.And tabhi Bharat called us that we should sit inside T n P itself.That was the day when i entered TnP first time .It was first time when i came to know there are three interview rooms,two GD rooms and arrangement for drinking (water for everyone and ....and for workers like Suresh Babu,Bharat and other PRs tea or coffee with snacks twice or thrice in a day ) was excellent. Yes there were some chairs waiting for us .Hamne pranam kiya un kursiyon ko ki inhi ne kaiiyo k kismat palte hain kya pataa hamari bhi kismat ..........

Interview was going on in two rooms and parallely Group discussions for condidates of second shortlist was running.The picture was coming after re-interviews of interviewed condidates("what they r asking?","kitne minute liya?",,"technical mein kuchh poochha?","hr mein what was asked?..so on i mean more questions than an HR can ask to any)...yes the picture was clear they were asking very few from Technical and much concentration on HR....on the name of Technical, favourite subject and tell some 8-10 minutes on that subject.Now mind was not working what to answer for this greatest technical ques :"what is ur faourite subject".Actually i was not prepared for this question and knowing the fact that telling any particular subject means its going to be tougher for me as i was not having any favourite subject till that day .

I started getting sweated and felt thirst so went for drinking cool water.Washed face and had drink .I was just wanting to forget that question of favourite subject ,and see here also i postponed the task to find answer of this only technical question for last minute..."jo bhi hoga dekha jayega"...thanks to Bharat he was with us whole the time except interview period motivating "cool hai, araam se dena,sabko le ja rahe hain" etc etc....(ham araam se dene ke liye hi to 1 and half hour se pani pee pee kar vahan intezaar kar rahe the)...Aaj tak never i waited for something (or perhaps i was waiting for this thing only)but that 1 and half hour wait was looking quite hard....when i remember those events today ,it looks so funny and interesting...today i can say i enjoyed it in true sense.Before 10 minute itself ,it was clear that which room i ve to go for my sakshatkar.Once again i washed face and had some water,the only source of energy that time.Now it was 18th july 2008 ,all hands of watch were on 3 i mean its 3:15 when i was called for so-longed waited interview.(got all d best wishes from bharat ,salam,harikrishna)....and now Akhilesh opens the door very gently and asks for formal permission to enter the room "May i come in sir ?" with a banavati (artificial) smile......
